With a professional background in horticulture across a range of settings — from award-winning parks and green spaces to managed landscapes — combined with experience supporting colleagues in workplace settings, the idea grew from seeing both sides of working life. A pivotal moment came through conversations about how intentional investment in workplace atmosphere had transformed morale and experience elsewhere, reinforcing a belief that care, consistency, and small interventions can make a meaningful difference.
